In recent days, storm No. 3 (storm Yagi ) and its circulation have caused many human and property losses in the provinces and cities in the Northern region. The situation of flooding and landslides after the storm is still very complicated, seriously threatening the lives and livelihoods of the people in the above provinces.

Promoting the precious tradition of mutual love and support of the nation, contributing to sharing and helping people overcome the consequences caused by natural disasters; responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Long province calls on all classes of people, cadres, civil servants, public employees, soldiers of the armed forces, religious organizations, agencies, enterprises, inside and outside the province with a heart of sharing, voluntarily responding to the relief campaign for people in the northern provinces and cities affected by storm No. 3, specifically:

Support level: cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers in agencies, units, soldiers, workers in the armed forces contribute 1 (one) day's salary; philanthropists, organizations, religious organizations, businesses contribute according to their generosity.

Deadline for receiving support: from September 11, 2024 to October 10, 2024.
