Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee deploys propaganda on the use of the electronic Party Member Handbook application

Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC) on implementing Plan No. 15-KH/TU dated October 14, 2025 of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee on propaganda work on using the electronic Party Member Handbook application, the Provincial People's Committee (PPC) of Cao Bang province has issued a document requesting agencies, units and localities to organize and implement synchronously and effectively, ensuring the correct goals and requirements.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the tasks to departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of communes and wards based on their functions, tasks and scope of management to propagate and guide cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers and people on the content of using and managing the application of the Electronic Party Member Handbook. During the implementation process, units need to pay special attention to supporting elderly party members and party members who have not used smartphones, ensuring that all party members have access to and effectively use the application.

The Provincial Police Department is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to deploy measures to ensure information security and safety during the use of the application. Proactively prevent the risk of information leakage and leakage, ensure the system operates safely and continuously; strictly handle according to authority or recommend competent state agencies to handle acts of spreading false, distorted information that negatively affects the use of the Electronic Party Member Handbook application.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is responsible for closely coordinating with the Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee in information and propaganda work to implement Regulation No. 339-QD/TW dated July 10, 2025 of the Central Party Secretariat on the use of the Electronic Party Member Handbook application; at the same time, strengthen the management of information and propaganda activities on cyberspace. Coordinate with relevant agencies and units to strictly handle acts of spreading false and distorted information that negatively affects the use of the application; proactively advise the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on matters under their authority to direct promptly and in accordance with regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee requests agencies, units and localities to seriously deploy and fully implement assigned tasks to ensure the propaganda and guidance on the use of the Electronic Party Member Handbook application is highly effective, contributing to improving the quality of management, activities and information serving Party members in the whole province./.
