This allows bank staff to perform operations and serve customers anytime, anywhere, bringing banking services closer to people and businesses, marking a turning point in mobile banking services.

VCB Tablet has digitized many service delivery journeys for individual and corporate customers, providing a superior and seamless experience. The automated form filling process and the ability for customers to electronically sign directly on the device not only minimizes printed paperwork and saves operating costs but also contributes to improved efficiency, modernizes counter operations, and enhances customer experience. The journey to conquer the ASEAN Digital Awards
The ASEAN Digital Awards 2026 is organized through a multi-round evaluation process, with the participation of outstanding digital technology products from ASEAN countries.
In the domestic preliminary round, the Organizing Committee received 45 applications in 6 categories and selected the 18 best applications to represent Vietnam in the regional round.
Moving on to the International Preliminary Round, products from 10 ASEAN countries were further screened to select 18 entries for the regional finals. In the Digital Innovation category, VCB Tablet was the only representative from Vietnam to pass the international evaluation round, directly competing with high-tech solutions from Thailand and the Philippines.
At the regional finals held in Vietnam – the host country of the ASEAN Digital Awards 2026 – participating teams presented and defended their products directly before an international judging panel. Based on a comprehensive assessment of innovation, practical value, deployment feasibility, and regional expansion potential, Vietcombank's VCB Tablet solution excellently won the Gold Award in the Digital Innovation category.

Prior to winning the Gold Award at the ASEAN Digital Awards, the VCB Tablet branch digitalization solution had already received recognition at numerous prestigious domestic and international awards in 2025, including:
