From the beginning of December, the mature persimmon orchards in Dai Hue commune (Nghe An province) begin to ripen, their red color covering the hillsides. Some beautiful orchards have been invested in by locals to develop agro- tourism destinations instead of harvesting and selling the fruit as before.

According to statistics, the former Nam Anh commune, now Dai Hue commune, has about 200 hectares of persimmon orchards, including many gardens that are decades old.
During the persimmon ripening season, the trees shed all their leaves, leaving only a few fruits hanging on their bare branches. The persimmon season adds to the beauty of the orchards stretching across the hillsides of the Dai Hue mountain range.

During the persimmon ripening season, tourists flock to ancient persimmon orchards to capture beautiful moments.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Sach, owner of Dai Hue Farm Stay, said that this year, due to the impact of storms and floods, many persimmons have fallen off, resulting in reduced yield. However, to meet the needs of tourists, he has invested in additional supporting facilities for check-in and accompanying services such as costume and accessory rentals, refreshments, etc.

Despite the unfavorable weather, with drizzle and fog, the rose garden attracted a large number of visitors who came to admire and take photos. On weekends, Mr. Sach's garden welcomed over 300 visitors per day.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien (Truong Vinh ward, Nghe An province ) and her friend came to Dai Hue rose garden to take photos.
"The entrance fee to the orchard is 40,000 VND per person, which I find quite reasonable. The persimmon orchard has a wild, unspoiled beauty, with the bright red ripe persimmons standing out even more in the hazy winter mist," Ms. Hien shared.

Ms. Ho Thi Hanh is fencing off the flower garden area in her rose garden. The work of maintaining cleanliness and caring for the flower and vegetable gardens within the property brings Ms. Hanh an income of 300,000 VND per day.

Some orchards have photographers available to take beautiful photos for visitors upon request. Besides taking pictures, visitors can also buy persimmons such as egg-shaped persimmons and tree-shaped persimmons as souvenirs at reasonable prices.

The rose bushes nestled among the moss-covered rocks on the sacred Dai Hue mountain range have become an attractive tourist highlight for the area.
