Within the framework of the Da Nang Food Tour 2026, the "Taste of the Sea" culinary festival, organized by the Da Nang City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Quang Phu Ward People's Committee, the Da Nang Culinary Culture Association, and other relevant units, aims to promote the southern coastal area of the city, linked to fishing village life, maritime culture, and local experiential tourism products.
The event features a variety of experiential spaces blending cuisine , culture, and entertainment. A highlight is the "Tam Thanh Seafood Kitchen" area, where visitors can enjoy freshly prepared seafood dishes made from local ingredients, such as grilled fish, squid, crab, and other traditional coastal dishes.

Simultaneously, the "Rural Sea Market" brings together more than 50 OCOP stalls, local specialties and handicrafts such as dried seafood, traditional fish sauce, souvenirs made from seashells and conch shells, contributing to creating more shopping space and promoting products from the Tam Thanh coastal region.
The "Sea Flavor - The Mark of the Fishing Village" space is designed with models of basket boats, fishing nets, and miniature scenes of fishing activities to recreate the rhythm of life of coastal residents in Central Vietnam. Besides taking photos, visitors can also participate in activities such as net weaving, noodle making, crafting handmade fabric bags, and community games in the "Living with the Sea" area.

Throughout the three days of the festival, numerous community art programs such as traditional folk singing, street music , youth exchanges, and beach activities will be continuously organized in the evenings, adding extra charm to the Tam Thanh beach area at the beginning of summer.
