The match between Vietnam and South Korea has received great attention from football fans in the land of kimchi. It is known that up to now, all tickets issued for the audience to watch the match between Vietnam and South Korea at 6:00 p.m. (Vietnam time) on October 17 have been sold out.

Notably, the Suwon World Cup Stadium was put into use in 2001, and was the venue for the 2002 World Cup matches, with a capacity of up to 44,000 seats. The Vietnamese team will have the opportunity to face the world-class stars of the Korean team, on a stadium that promises to be filled with tens of thousands of spectators, creating a passionate atmosphere.

Son Heung-min is very excited to play for the Korean national team

In this match, striker Son Heung-min is likely to play, as he had a complete rest in the match between the Korean team and Tunisia (October 13). He shared with the Korean media before the match against Vietnam: "I have no greed for anything else, but I really want to play in every match. I will prepare well. It would be great if I showed my best performance for the national team, especially when playing at home."

This afternoon (October 15), the Vietnamese team also arrived in Suwon (South Korea). Although the distance from Dalian (China) to Korea is very close, it took the Vietnamese team more than 10 hours to arrive in Suwon. Specifically, the whole team left the hotel for Dalian airport at 7:00 a.m. to check in for the flight to Incheon, which took off at 11:50 a.m. Coach Philippe Troussier and his team arrived at Incheon International Airport after more than 1 hour of flight and spent nearly 2 more hours completing immigration procedures and collecting luggage. The reason the team spent so much time at Incheon airport was because there were so many passengers entering the country and the team was forced to wait in line for their turn.

After completing customs procedures, the team boarded the bus arranged by the host organization to travel to Suwon and it took more than 1 hour to reach the capital of Gyeonggi province.

Here, Que Ngoc Hai and his teammates are arranged to stay at the Ibis Ambassador Hotel, only about 3 km from the Suwon World Cup Stadium. Coach Troussier and the team will enter the first training session in Korea at 7:00 p.m. the same day (local time).
