The Information Center - Library, Academy of Public Administration and Management applies highly interactive software, easy to access for searching, which has helped the number of accesses to the information system and library to continuously increase.
Currently, the number of visits to the system has increased to over 2.6 million, many times higher than the number of visits used in 2020 of 530,000.
Facing the new trend of digital libraries, smart and modern libraries, the Center is urgently applying the integration of artificial intelligence AI, Chatbox to create smart services for users, document overview services on the operating digital library system.
