The draft document of the 14th National Congress emphasizes the requirement to promote digital transformation, develop the digital economy, build and perfect digital infrastructure - synchronous, safe and modern digital data.

The goal set by the draft documents of the 14th National Congress is to make science, technology and innovation a key driving force. To achieve this, Vietnam needs a unified data ecosystem, a transparent mechanism for data storage and sharing, and a policy to prioritize Make in Vietnam enterprises in national-scale digitalization projects.

This is the foundation for Vietnam to enter a new stage of development based on science, technology and innovation.
