[Video] Urgently preparing for the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremony of projects to welcome the 14th National Party Congress

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Official Dispatch 235/CD-TTg requesting ministries, branches and localities to speed up preparations for the inauguration and groundbreaking ceremonies of large-scale projects and works to welcome the 14th National Congress of the Party, scheduled to take place on December 19, 2025.

According to the Ministry of Construction , so far only 10 ministries, branches and 32 localities have submitted reports, of which some units have not registered projects.

The Prime Minister requested to continue reviewing and supplementing the list of projects, completing procedures and sending them to the Ministry of Construction before December 10, 2025.

Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha was assigned to directly direct and inspect progress, ensuring that preparations are completed on time.
