The first production model was deployed in Ha Giang with a scale of 500 kg/day. Next, the production line with a capacity of 1,000 kg/day was put into operation in Lang Son. A breakthrough in agricultural processing suitable for highland conditions, with a closed production process from corn raw materials, shelling and corn germ soaking to grinding, mixing, pressing, boiling, drying to complete two product lines: corn vermicelli and corn noodles.
Each vermicelli is not only a consumer product but also a crystallization of knowledge, science and effective cultural identity, bringing about clear results. Productivity increased three times, recovery rate of vermicelli products increased 1.4 times, manual labor reduced, food hygiene and safety ensured, and product quality was consistent.
