[Video] Ho Chi Minh City plans to hold the 10th grade entrance exam at the end of June.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training plans to hold the entrance exam for 10th grade in public schools at the end of June 2026, after the high school graduation exam concludes.

According to the plan, the high school graduation exam is scheduled to take place on June 11th and 12th, about two weeks earlier than in previous years, therefore the entrance exam for grade 10 in Ho Chi Minh City has been postponed to the end of June.

This year, candidates applying to public high schools in Ho Chi Minh City will take three compulsory subjects: Literature, Mathematics, and a Foreign Language (primarily English). Candidates applying to specialized high schools will also take an additional exam in their respective specialized subject.
