Vietnam Airlines has officially opened its new Lotus Lounge at Terminal 2, Noi Bai International Airport.

Delegates cut the ribbon to inaugurate the new Lotus Lounge at Terminal T2, Noi Bai International Airport.

The introduction of the brand-new lounge opens up a new level of premium service for passengers on Vietnam Airlines ' international flights at the country's premier aviation gateway.

Vietnam Airlines' new Lotus Lounge, spanning nearly 1,400 square meters, is located on the 4th floor, East wing of the T2 terminal's restricted area. It is one of the largest lounges at Vietnamese airports, capable of accommodating nearly 400 guests simultaneously. With its elegant and modern design and spacious layout, it will enhance customers' experience in resting, relaxing, and working before international flights.

Passengers can fully enjoy a diverse range of amenities such as a luxurious lounge area, food and beverage service, luggage storage, a relaxing massage room, sleeping boxes, and many other support facilities. In addition, a separate, quiet work area provides an ideal space for passengers (especially busy business travelers) to relax and prepare for their flight comfortably and efficiently.

The new Lotus Lounge fully meets the SkyTeam Alliance standards for serving Business Class passengers, Lotusmiles program members, and other priority customers as defined by the airline and the Alliance.

The opening of the Lotus Lounge at Terminal 2 of Noi Bai Airport affirms Vietnam Airlines' commitment to improving service quality and providing a comprehensive experience.

Previously, Vietnam Airlines put into operation the Lotus Lounge at Terminal T2 of Da Nang International Airport, gradually forming a system of high-class service spaces for international passengers at key air gateways.

Along with products like the Check-in Lounge, the signature 'Nha – LotuScent' fragrance, and in-flight internet service, the airline is building a seamless experiential journey, from the ground to the sky.
