The program is expected to attract 2,000 students from more than 15 universities, colleges and many other training institutions. With the participation of nearly 25 member units in the Vietnam Airlines Group ecosystem. The job fair includes many areas and booths divided into 8 clusters of the airline's operating fields including: flight operations, flight attendants, services, engineering, commerce, general consulting, member companies and in-flight cuisine .

Within the framework of the event, representatives of Vietnam Airlines and its member units will introduce the overall career ecosystem and human resource development orientation of the airline to help students and young workers better understand the organizational structure, key job positions, remuneration policies as well as the professional working environment in Vietnam Airlines Group.

At the same time, the Festival also provided information about corporate culture, core values and outstanding achievements over more than three decades of development, thereby affirming the airline as a modern, humane airline, always a pioneer in innovation.

Also at the event, attendees will have the opportunity to experience the reality of working in the aviation industry through a series of exciting interactive activities such as controlling an aircraft with a simulated game model; transforming into a Vietnam Airlines flight attendant with a branded uniform, practicing service skills with a team of instructors and chief flight attendants; learning about passenger service procedures and enjoying in-flight cuisine with many signature dishes. In particular, at the end of the program, attendees can receive Vietnam Airlines tickets and many special gifts when participating in a lucky draw.

Notably, the graduation certificate awarding ceremony for 18 basic flight attendant trainees was also held at the program, symbolizing Vietnam Airlines' continuous efforts in investing in training and developing high-quality human resources. This is also the way the airline shows its respect for its staff, the people who contribute to the identity and success of Vietnam Airlines.
