According to the agreement, Vietnam Airlines and Hung Yen province will closely cooperate in promoting tourism, stimulating investment, trade, and products and services of both sides from 2026 and subsequent years through various media channels and at festivals, diplomatic events, and investment, trade, culture, sports, and tourism promotion activities both domestically and internationally.

Vietnam Airlines will support the promotion and stimulation of consumer demand, and consider the possibility of featuring typical industrial, handicraft, traditional village, agricultural, and culinary products of Hung Yen on flights and in the lotus-themed lounges at the airport.
In the aviation sector, Vietnam Airlines is committed to offering preferential fares, baggage allowances, and cargo transportation for delegations from Hung Yen province participating in programs promoting investment, trade, tourism, diplomacy , culture, sports, education, and healthcare cooperation.
In addition, Hung Yen province will introduce Vietnam Airlines' products and services through local media and to businesses and traders in the province; encourage the use of services provided by Vietnam Airlines and its member companies in domestic and international promotional activities; and prioritize Vietnam Airlines as the official carrier in national and international events.
The two sides will also cooperate in organizing large-scale cultural, sports, tourism, educational, and investment and trade promotion events in conjunction with aviation, contributing to promoting the image and brand of Vietnam Airlines and increasing the presence and attractiveness of Hung Yen on the Vietnamese tourism map.
Specifically, since 2018, Vietnam Airlines has collaborated with Hung Yen province in coordinating the supply and consumption of longan fruit on its flights. Hung Yen longan has become a dessert served in Business Class on more than 70 Vietnam Airlines routes from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to domestic destinations in Vietnam, Asia, Australia, and Europe during peak season. In addition, Hung Yen longan is also served at the Lotus Lounge at Noi Bai Airport, giving passengers the opportunity to enjoy this delicious fruit.
In addition, Vietnam Airlines will continue to cooperate with local tourism businesses to develop tourism stimulus packages, while also implementing digital transformation and digitalization solutions to serve trade promotion and tourism development.

With this cooperation agreement, Vietnam Airlines hopes to continue accompanying the province in expanding tourism and trade promotion activities, attracting more tourists to Hung Yen and creating further impetus to enhance the province's position on the national tourism and economic map.
