Vietravel Airlines successfully organized the 4th Golden Wing Ambassador Recruitment Day, taking place from July 1 to July 3, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City with more than 500 candidates nationwide applying.

The above activity is part of the plan to train quality human resources to serve the airline's expansion plan in the coming time. Accordingly, the airline has selected 35 most suitable candidates to serve the airline's plan to exploit, develop and expand its flight network in 2024 and the following years. Candidates are required to meet basic standards such as: graduated from high school or higher; height from 160cm to 175cm for women, 170cm to 185cm for men; minimum arm span of 212cm; weight appropriate to height, proportional body, English proficiency of at least 500 TOEIC points or equivalent certificates. In addition, the airline also prioritizes recruiting candidates who are proficient in other languages to improve the quality of passenger service across the entire flight network. Photo: VA Recruitment is conducted through many rounds of competition to select individuals with knowledge, skills and qualities suitable for the corporate culture, standards and symbolic nature of the aviation industry. Candidates go through 4 rounds of competition: Round 1 includes registration steps, overall appearance check, Vietnamese - English communication skills test; round 2 talent test; round 3 situation handling test; round 4 candidates directly interview with the council. Candidates are notified of the results immediately after the rounds in a transparent and public manner. After that, the airline will arrange for candidates to have a health check according to the flight attendant standards of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam and verify their background according to regulations.
