The incense and flower offering ceremony was attended by 200 officers and employees of Viettel An Giang and members and youth of An Giang Provincial Police.
On the morning of July 19, the Party Committee, Board of Directors, all officers and employees of Viettel An Giang , Viettel units in the area, and members and youth of the Youth Union of An Giang Provincial Police organized a flower offering ceremony at the martyrs' graves at the An Giang Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025).

At the program, officers and employees of Viettel An Giang, officers and soldiers of An Giang Provincial Police offered incense and flowers to commemorate the heroic martyrs; at the same time, replaced 5,000 lotus clusters on the martyrs' graves at the An Giang Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery.
This is a program that Viettel An Giang has implemented since 2014 with the total number of lotus flowers replaced at martyrs' cemeteries in the province being about 39,000 flower clusters/year.

Lieutenant Colonel Do Thanh Tuan, Director of Viettel An Giang, said that the program of offering incense and replacing lotus flowers on graves is the heart of Viettel An Giang officers and employees to express gratitude to the heroic martyrs who did not spare their blood and bones, fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the nation, bringing peace to the Fatherland and happiness to the people.
“This is also an educational activity to teach the tradition of “When drinking water, remember its source” to officers and employees in the unit. Thereby, helping Viettel An Giang promote the good traditional values of the nation and the army to overcome all difficulties and successfully complete the assigned tasks” - Lieutenant Colonel Do Thanh Tuan shared.
Lotus clusters were offered to the martyrs' graves by Viettel An Giang employees and An Giang Provincial Police officers.
