Vinamilk representative said that when sharing the same value system, content created by creators can truly nurture consumer trust.
Vietnam iContent 2025 Digital Content Creation Festival brings together thousands of delegates including management agencies, digital platforms, brands and content creation teams across the country. The event is implemented under the direction of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism , organized by the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information in coordination with VnExpress Newspaper and FPT Online Services Joint Stock Company with the support of Vinamilk.
Within the framework of the Festival, the Top Creator Forum program - a dialogue forum between the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the content creation community opened the series of activities of Vietnam iContent 2025. This is an open exchange space between managers, brands and hundreds of typical content creators, with the participation and sharing of individuals and organizations.
At the forum, Vinamilk representatives provided an in-depth look at the role of content creators in the new era. According to Vinamilk, digital content is not just a means of communication, but has become a bridge of trust between brands and the community. As consumers increasingly value authenticity, the voice of content creators becomes a decisive factor influencing users' perceptions, behaviors and choices.
Vinamilk provides transparent and clear information to foster consumer trust.
Vinamilk representative shared that Vinamilk seeks value relevance, not temporary influence. Because when sharing the same value system, the content created by creators can truly nurture consumer trust.

Community trust is our most valuable asset. Every creator's content, no matter how small, helps shape nutrition awareness.
The business said that the cooperation between brands and content creators is only sustainable when both sides respect each other: the brand respects the unique creative voice, and the creator is clearly aware of the responsibility to the brand and the viewer community.
Vinamilk emphasizes that in the nutrition industry – a field directly related to health – standards and safety in content are non-negotiable. Content needs to be transparent in information, verified and accurately conveyed. Only when information is clear and reliable can the community receive it correctly and trust in the brand can be maintained for a long time.
A Vinamilk representative added: "Community trust is the most valuable asset. Every creator's content, no matter how small, contributes to shaping nutritional awareness. Therefore, responsibility and standards in each shared information are indispensable requirements."
In that spirit, Vinamilk proposes a "value co-creation" model, where brands and creators work together towards three goals: protecting Vietnamese people's health, spreading positive lifestyles and building a responsible content environment. According to the company, creators not only "introduce products", but can also become people who inspire positive behavioral changes, making practical contributions to society.
On the same day, Vietnam iContent 2025 held many outstanding activities such as the Vietnam Digital Content Creation Awards 2025; thematic discussions on responsibility for public trust; experiential exhibition for young people; especially the fundraising livestream session lasting from 9am to 10pm to support people in the Central region affected by storms and floods.
With millions of online views and a large number of direct attendees, Vietnam iContent 2025 affirms its position as the leading event of the Vietnamese digital content creation industry. Vinamilk's participation and message of trust, responsibility and sustainable values contribute to highlighting the role of Vietnamese brands in promoting a positive digital content environment and spreading positive influences to the community.
