Choosing quality milk: A difficult problem for Vietnamese parents

All imported cattle undergo genetic screening to ensure the purity of the precious A2/A2 gene source. Genetic samples of the cattle are assessed by international testing institutes. Only individuals that meet the A2/A2 gene standard are kept in a separate breeding area, adhering to strict standards.
The final and most important step is that each batch of fresh milk from A2 cows is rigorously tested to ensure that the final product contains only A2 protein. The results of each test are made available to consumers.
