The recruitment is to meet the plan to increase production at the end of the year and the need to expand production for cars and electric motorbikes. Accordingly, VinFast Ha Tinh needs to recruit more than 2,300 job positions. Of which, 1,500 male workers, 200 team leaders/production team leaders, 500 technicians (maintenance, repair), 100 engineers (mechanical, electrical, automotive), 10 planning specialists and 5 human resources specialists are recruited.
I. Recruitment position and candidate requirements:
1. General Production Workers: Male, working age, graduated from junior high school or higher; height ≥ 1m60, weight ≥ 50kg, good health; work in shifts.
2. Electrical – Mechanical Maintenance Worker: Male, 18–45 years old, graduated from college or higher; major: Electricity, electronics, automation. Priority is given to those with experience in operating and maintaining equipment in factories/industrial parks.
3. Welding – Painting – Mechanical Workers: Male, 18–45 years old, graduated from junior high school or higher; height ≥ 1m60, weight ≥ 50kg, good health. Priority given to welding, painting, and mechanical skills.
4. Electrician – Electronics – Repair – Automobile Worker: Male, good health, able to work shifts. Priority given to those with experience in repairing and maintaining equipment/automobiles.
5. Forklift Driver - Warehouse : Having a forklift driving certificate is an advantage; Good health, able to withstand high work intensity.
6. Engineer (Production – Quality – Maintenance – Robot – PLC – Electricity – Industry – Process): Male, university degree in engineering; minimum 2 years of experience; knowledge of PLC, HMI, Robot is an advantage; work in shifts.
7. Production – Maintenance – Repair – After-sales – Mold Technician : Male, college degree or higher; good health. Priority is given to candidates with relevant experience.
8. Production/Logistics/Quality/Maintenance/Repair Team Leader: Male, graduated from high school or higher. Priority is given to candidates with relevant experience.
9. Planning Specialist: University degree in mechanical engineering, automotive, industrial management, logistics…; 1-3 years of experience in production planning, MRP; Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
10. HR Specialist: University degree in human resources, law, business administration...; 1-3 years of experience in factory human resources; understand the Labor Code, Social Insurance Law; good use of HRM, ERP, Excel.
