Vingroup distributed nearly 7,000 Tet (Lunar New Year) gifts to disadvantaged households in Ha Tinh province.

(Baohatinh.vn) - Giving Tet gifts is a social welfare activity, demonstrating care and sharing, which the Thien Tam Fund of Vingroup Group has regularly maintained for many years in Ha Tinh province.

On the morning of January 22nd, the Thien Tam Foundation ( thuộc Vingroup Group) collaborated with the Provincial Red Cross Society and the People's Committee of Song Tri Ward to present 400 Tet gifts to disadvantaged families in the area on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026 (Year of the Horse).

Each gift package is worth 600,000 VND (500,000 VND in cash and 100,000 VND in essential goods).

This meaningful activity not only contributes to providing timely support to poor households, near-poor households, and vulnerable groups, but also spreads the spirit of mutual support and social responsibility of the business community towards the locality.

This is one of the social welfare activities that the Vingroup Charitable Foundation has regularly maintained for many years, especially during holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year).

Also this morning, representatives of the Thien Tam Foundation - Vingroup Corporation, in coordination with the Ha Tinh Provincial Red Cross and Vu Quang commune, organized the distribution of 350 gift packages to families in extremely difficult circumstances in the area.

Each gift package is worth 600,000 VND, including confectionery and 500,000 VND in cash. The total amount donated is 210 million VND.

This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating Vingroup's concern and sharing spirit towards disadvantaged families. It not only provides material support but also offers moral encouragement, helping families celebrate a warmer and more fulfilling Tet holiday.

At the event, 360 poor and disadvantaged households from 80 residential areas in Thanh Sen ward received 360 gift packages worth nearly 220 million VND from the Thien Tam Fund – Vingroup Group and Vincom Plaza Ha Tinh Center.

It is known that during the Lunar New Year of the Horse (Bính Ngọ) this year, the Thiện Tâm Foundation – Vingroup Group implemented a program to donate 200,000 gift packages, each worth 600,000 VND, nationwide. In Hà Tĩnh province alone, a total of 6,950 gift packages, worth nearly 4.2 billion VND, were distributed to poor and disadvantaged households in 21 communes and wards.
