Attending the ceremony were comrades: Mai Van Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister; Nguyen Manh Hung, member of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Science and Technology ; Le Hai Binh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
This is the third year the award has been held online. The award was launched to encourage people, overseas Vietnamese and international friends to create inspirational photos and videos with the theme "Happy Vietnam". Thereby, contributing to spreading the image of a dynamic, friendly and rich-in-identity Vietnam; promoting cultural and historical values and socio-economic development achievements in the country's integration process.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Le Hai Binh informed that after three years of organization, the award has gone beyond the framework of a traditional photo and video contest, attracting nearly 40,000 entries. Outstanding and typical works have been exhibited in many localities across the country.
Not only limited to the national scope, the works are also introduced to international friends through exhibitions and cultural events in Sochi (Russian Federation), Bangkok (Thailand), Venezuela, Australia, Sweden, and will soon be present in Chile, Hungary, Finland, Brunei... Nearly 100 Vietnamese diplomatic representative agencies abroad have also included these works in activities to promote the national image, contributing to strongly spreading the message of a peaceful, humane, and unique Vietnam.
This year's awards include two categories: photos and videos. After more than 4 months of launching, the organizing committee has received 17,000 photos and videos; nearly double that of 2024. The jury has selected 36 winning works, along with 150 photos and 29 typical videos to display at the exhibition. Each work is a true slice of life, a beautiful moment capturing the transformation of Vietnam. All blend together to create a vivid picture of a happy, civilized, and unique Vietnam, rising strongly on the journey of integration and development.

In each category, the Organizing Committee honored 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes, 10 Encouragement Prizes and 1 Most Voted Work Award and 1 Creative Award for works with new ideas, creative content and form of expression. In the photo category, the First Prize went to author Pham Ngoc Long Thien with the photo series "Vietnam - The Era of Rising". In the video category, the First Prize went to author Luu Minh Khuong with the work "Happy Smiles".
