Vinh Hai Commune (Ninh Hai) has a 35km long coastline with beautiful scenery and many attractive tourist attractions such as: Grape garden, Hang Rai, Vinh Hy Bay, Lo O stream... To attract tourists, in recent times, all levels, sectors, localities and tourism businesses in the commune have actively prepared conditions for tourism facilities and infrastructure to improve service quality. Thereby, the quality of services has been significantly improved, the number of hotels, motels, accommodation facilities and homestays has increased significantly. Up to now, the commune has more than 20 dining establishments and 31 accommodation establishments. The owners of the establishments have been investing in facilities, renewing service products and focusing on training tourism human resources to best meet the needs of tourists.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Vu, Director of Vinh Hy Resort, shared: Currently, the resort has 120 rooms with a capacity of 368 guests with full services such as accommodation, dining, bar, oriental medicine spa, glass bottom boat, diving, fishing, squid fishing, electric car, cinema. Visit and experience games such as kayaking, sup rowing, shopping for OCOP products, souvenirs. To develop tourism and retain tourists longer, the company has upgraded rooms and buffet restaurants from 3 stars to 4 stars and built a new international standard kitchen system with full equipment, upgrading the pier to the bay into a new check-in point for tourists. At the same time, in collaboration with Nui Chua National Park, many more tourist routes are opened such as: Suoi Tien, 5-storey waterfall, Vat Long Doi stone lake, Da Do peak in addition to attractions such as: Hang Rai, Vineyard, Lo O stream, stone park. Currently, the number of visitors to the resort is increasing every day, increasing 30% of the number of visitors at the beginning of the year compared to 2023.
Mr. Pham Van Thang, a tourist from Ho Chi Minh City, shared: I visited tourist attractions such as Hang Rai, Vineyard, Vinh Hy Bay and was very satisfied because the nature here is very beautiful, the accommodation service is quite good, the beach is clean, there are many interesting experiences such as diving to see coral, riding a glass-bottom boat, jet skiing, the service style of the restaurants is enthusiastic, the dishes are fresh and delicious, the prices are reasonable compared to many other tourist areas. I believe this will be an ideal tourist destination for domestic and international tourists.
To create momentum for tourism development, along with infrastructure investment and improving the tourism environment, Vinh Hai commune is focusing on developing 4 main types of tourism based on the available advantages and potentials of the commune: ecological tourism, adventure sports tourism, community tourism and spiritual cultural tourism. Accordingly, the commune focuses on investing in the construction of items, renovating the landscape to develop ecological tourism at places such as Hang Rai, stone park, Bai Kinh and especially Vinh Hy bay; opening many new routes to explore the primeval forest, waterfalls and flora and fauna systems at Nui Chua National Park. Providing guides for tourists to climb mountains in Nui Chua National Park, creating conditions for organizing and developing adventure sports tourism such as: Kite surfing, mountain climbing. Focusing on building homestay models in Vinh Hy, My Hoa, Cau Gay villages; improving the quality of food and accommodation services at homestay accommodation establishments. Regarding spiritual and cultural tourism, the commune organizes the annual Nghinh Ong cultural festival at the historical relic site of Nam Than Lang Vinh Hy, to serve the sightseeing and religious needs of the people, contributing to promoting and attracting tourists and developing tourism services. Creating a premise for Vinh Hy to strive to become an attractive tourist destination of the whole country.

With strong innovations and continuous improvement of tourism service quality, in 2023, Vinh Hai commune welcomed over 180,000 visitors, an increase of 60,000 visitors compared to the same period. Since the beginning of the year, the commune has welcomed 18,500 visitors, including 1,011 overseas Vietnamese returning to the locality. This is quite an impressive number for Vinh Hai commune tourism in particular and Ninh Hai district in general. Thereby, continuing to affirm its important position in the sea tourism development strategy of Ninh Hai district.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Kinh Luan, Vice Chairman of Vinh Hai Commune People's Committee, said: In order to effectively exploit the potentials and advantages, Vinh Hai Commune has been and is continuing to call for, attract investment and implement many solutions to improve the quality of tourism services, associated with enhancing tourism products such as swimming, diving to see coral reefs, exploring natural beauty, community tourism, culinary discovery tourism, and experiencing marine craft villages. Continue to complete and implement the Vinh Hy Cultural Tourism Village Project for the period 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030, associated with building the Cau Gay - Da Hang community tourism model; building a unique ecological tourism destination for the conservation and promotion of the flora and fauna of Nui Chua World Biosphere Reserve. Innovate, diversify and improve the quality of tourism promotion activities, focusing on promoting the application of digital technology in tourism brand promotion activities. Regularly inspect business and trading activities along with tourism activities, creating a healthy tourism environment and space. From there, build the image of a safe, friendly, civilized, hospitable and quality coastal tourism destination to attract more and more domestic and international tourists.
