Having a dream start with a 7-1 lead, the Vietnamese duo let their opponents rise strongly and lost 10-12 in the first set.
The tense scenario continued to repeat itself in set 2 when Vinh Hien/Minh Quan fell behind again, but their bravery helped them to resiliently equalize 3-3, 6-6 and accelerate to win 11-6 to drag the match into the deciding set.

Entering the deciding set, the Vietnamese duo quickly took a 3-1 lead, and were tied 3-3 by their opponents.
However, Vinh Hien's excitement increased when his solid net defense, ending with powerful volleys, helped the two Vietnamese players take the lead. In particular, attention was focused on the series of 6 consecutive points to end the match in 3 sets.

Coming from behind to win 2-1 (10-12, 11-6, 11-5), Vinh Hien and Minh Quan not only won the championship but also made history, helping Vietnamese pickleball set a new milestone, with the first PPA Tour men's doubles championship for Vietnamese players.
At this tournament, in addition to the gold cups of Vinh Hien and Minh Quan, the Vietnamese representative also had the championship of Ly Hoang Nam in the pro men's singles, when he defeated Jack Wong in 2 sets.
