The Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists (VAPA) has just issued Resolution No. 280/NQ-NA, signed by VAPA Tran Thi Thu Dong - Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations, President of the VAPA on November 11, 2025 on the results of the "16th Executive Committee Conference, term IX (2020-2025).

The Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists (VAPA) has just issued Resolution No. 280/NQ-NA, signed by VAPA Tran Thi Thu Dong - Vice President of the Vietnam Union of Literature and Arts Associations , President of the VAPA on November 11, 2025 on the results of the "16th Executive Committee Conference, term IX (2020-2025).

Accordingly, Vinh Long province has 1 author considered for admission to the Vietnam Association of Fine Arts this time, Le Quoc Viet with the title A.VAPA.

Artist Le Quoc Viet was born in 1990 and started creating artistic photos in 2018. In 2019, Quoc Viet was admitted as a member of the Photography Association, under the Literature and Arts Association of Vinh Long province.

After more than 8 years of pursuing his passion for photography, Quoc Viet has won many awards from provincial, regional to national levels. Some of his outstanding works include: "My Thuan 1 and 2 Bridge Project - Connecting the West" won the National Bronze Medal in 2024; "Reaching New Heights" won the Mekong Delta Silver Medal in 2023 and a national exhibition in 2024; "River-crossing projects connecting Vinh Long" won the Second Prize in Vinh Long province in 2025...

Up to now, Vinh Long province has 28 photographers who have been admitted as members of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists. This is the core force in the province's photography movement. Through the camera, photographers often record beautiful moments in all areas of social life to promote to friends near and far about a beautiful and hospitable Vinh Long.
