
At the end of the morning session, VN-Index decreased by 0.82 points to 1,630.62 points, with a trading volume of nearly 296 million shares, equivalent to a value of more than VND 8,587.5 billion. The entire floor had 129 stocks increasing, 149 stocks decreasing and 72 stocks remaining unchanged.
HNX-Index increased slightly by 0.04 points to 266.33 points, with a trading volume of more than 39.1 million shares, equivalent to a value of VND849 billion, with 63 codes increasing, 72 codes decreasing and 54 codes remaining unchanged. UPCOM-Index decreased by 0.06 points to 119.98 points, with a trading volume of more than 24.1 million shares, equivalent to VND381.3 billion, with the entire floor having 118 codes increasing, 106 codes decreasing and 125 codes remaining unchanged.
VN30 recorded 10 stocks increasing, 16 stocks decreasing and 4 stocks remaining unchanged, none of which fluctuated by more than 2%. Banking and securities groups fluctuated slightly, while real estate mostly remained unchanged or decreased slightly. The highlight of the morning session was the oil and gas group with many stocks increasing such as PVC, PVB, POS, PVS, BSR , PVD, OIL, PTV.
The industrial group attracted positive demand in codes ACV (up 1.09%), GEE (up 1.91%), GEX (up 2.37%), VCG (up 1.26%), CC1 (up 1.61%) and CII (up 3.27%), but there were still decreasing codes such as VJC (down 0.74%), BMP (down 1.04%), THD (down 1.27%), PHP (down 1.44%), HAH (down 1.36%) and SJG (down 14.41%).
Overall, the market is still trading cautiously, liquidity remains low and investor sentiment continues to be mixed.
