VNPT Gia Lai and Provincial Tax Department signed a cooperation agreement on digital transformation for the period 2025-2030

According to the agreement, VNPT Gia Lai will coordinate with the Provincial Tax Department to implement each content according to the program and plan of the Provincial Tax Department and agreed upon by both parties in writing.

Along with that is consulting, building, providing and supporting the implementation of solutions on information technology application, digital transformation in management, professional and technical direction of the tax sector; information security and safety for systems, software, specialized data transmission lines of the Provincial Tax Department and its affiliated units.

VNPT Gia Lai cooperated with the Provincial Tax Department to implement the Project on developing data applications on population, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022-2025, with a vision to 2030 (Project 06) in connecting the tax sector database with the provincial database axis and the national database axis, plans and resolutions of the Tax Department on digital transformation work at the local level.

In addition, VNPT Gia Lai will also provide packages and preferential policies on telecommunications services such as: dedicated data transmission, Vinaphone mobile, fiber optic Internet, television... for civil servants and employees of the Provincial Tax Department. Coordinate communication and promote the digital transformation results of the Tax Department on VNPT channels and local media. VNPT Gia Lai supports the provision of digital signatures, electronic invoices, and electronic receipts for businesses and business households in the province with preferential policies; support technology application solutions to support business households to switch to the declaration method and households to transfer to enterprises...

In the opposite direction, Gia Lai Provincial Tax Department coordinates with VNPT Gia Lai to implement each detailed content according to the program and plan of the Provincial Tax Department and agreed upon in writing by both parties; creating conditions for affiliated units to coordinate with VNPT Gia Lai in implementing the signed contents. At the same time, assigning civil servants to act as focal points responsible for participating in coordination and handling any problems that may arise during the implementation process.

Provincial tax authorities prioritize the use of telecommunications and information technology services and solutions provided by VNPT Gia Lai to serve digital transformation projects across the province.

Every 6 months and every year, the two sides meet to evaluate and propose the next plan; organize a preliminary and final report on cooperation results to the Provincial People's Committee and VNPT Group to receive support for resources for expansion.
