(Chinhphu.vn) - The Government Office has just issued Decision No. 138/QD-VPCP dated April 3, 2026, on the reinstatement of Mr. Hoang Vo Toan, driver of the Vehicle Fleet, Administration Department, who was seconded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for a term of duty, to his position at the Vehicle Fleet, Administration and Finance Department, Government Office, effective March 19, 2026.

The Director of the Personnel and Organization Department, the Director of the Administration and Finance Department, relevant units, and Mr. Hoang Vo Toan are responsible for implementing this Decision.
