VSIP Can Tho Joint Stock Company is a business unit of VSIP Can Tho industrial park infrastructure, operating since December 2022 in Vinh Trinh commune. The company's grassroots union was established in July 2023 and currently has 40 union members, accounting for 100% of the total number of employees (female union members account for 30%). From 2023 to now, the production situation of the enterprise has been relatively stable, achieving annual production targets according to the set plan. The average income of employees is 14 million VND/month. The company always pays attention to investing in equipment, improving working conditions, and improving workers' skills. The union and the company's board of directors always focus on arranging reasonable labor, promoting democracy at the grassroots level, actively taking care of the lives of union members and workers, including holidays and Tet. At the same time, actively participate in contributing to the Golden Heart Fund of Can Tho Trade Union, giving gifts and scholarships to students with difficult circumstances in Can Tho City on the occasion of the new school year opening and Mid-Autumn Festival.
The conference elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term. At the same time, the goal was to strive to develop 100% of union members every year when employees signed labor contracts; ensure that 80% of employees were informed of the Party's policies, the State's laws and policies, and resolutions of the higher-level Trade Union; well implement the grassroots democracy regulations; ensure all rights of employees according to the law. Actively participate in social security activities and other funds launched by the higher-level Trade Union. Strive to complete professional tasks at the unit and maintain the title of a good grassroots trade union.
