The case of the "intimate" clip leak at To Hien Thanh School: The commune chairman has spoken up to confirm

On the afternoon of November 9, social networks spread many images and videos recording a scene of a man, believed to be the leader of a private high school, having inappropriate gestures towards many women in the office. The incident quickly attracted public attention, raising questions about the responsibility and image of the head of the educational institution.

Regarding the incident, To Hien Thanh High School ( Ninh Binh province) - the school said to be where the incident occurred - sent a quick report to the People's Committee of Hai Hau commune and the Department of Secondary Education (Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training).

In the report, the school affirmed: “The person in the clip is not the principal, not an officer or teacher under the management of the education sector. This person has never taught at any educational institution. According to the time on the clips, the incident took place in 2024 and early 2025, before the merger of the new Ninh Binh province. Through the images, the office appearing in the clip is not under the management of the school.”

However, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Hau commune confirmed to the press that the man in the clip is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of To Hien Thanh High School, that is, the head of the school's administrative apparatus, even though he is not directly involved in teaching.

To Hien Thanh High School (formerly Hai Hau Private High School) is one of the oldest non-public educational institutions in Ninh Binh, established in 1995, and has just completed 30 years of operation.

Currently, Ninh Binh province authorities are continuing to verify the identity of the man in the clip, clarify the origin, time of filming the video and related factors to handle according to regulations.
