According to the garage owner - Mr. H.D.Y. (37 years old), at around 7:00 p.m. on April 15, a customer (owner of another auto repair garage) brought a Ford Ranger pickup truck to his garage to have it washed.
At this time, Mr. Y. had returned home, and there were only 3 people left in the garage, including Mr. LXQ (born in 2007, residing in Thanh Tung commune, Thanh Chuong, Nghe An) and 2 workers. This customer left the car and left.

On the morning of April 16, this customer went to Mr. Y's garage to pick up his car but could not find the vehicle. At this time, Mr. Y extracted the camera and discovered that at around 0:00 on April 16, Mr. Q. drove this pickup truck out of the garage and did not return.
After a while of searching, at 10:30 a.m. the same day, people discovered the above car abandoned at a landfill in Block 3, Trung Do Ward, Vinh City, about 3km from the above garage.
At the time of discovery, the car was damaged in several places such as the taillights, flat tire, broken right front mirror light, and scratches on the side of the car.
Mr. Y. said that after the incident, he worked together to fix the consequences. According to Mr. Y., the car was damaged, with a loss of about 15-17 million VND. However, the customer asked Mr. Y. to compensate 76 million VND. Due to the large amount of money and not finding a common voice, the two sides have not been able to resolve the issue.

According to Mr. Y., the driver was a relative who was staying with him. This person was young and did not have a driver's license. After the incident, Mr. Y. asked him and he said he took the car for a ride and got lost on the way back.
Ben Thuy Ward Police continue to work with the driver who caused the damage as well as the car owner and garage owner to clarify this incident.
