On the afternoon of November 14, Mr. Zoram Buon, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Son commune, said that the locality had just organized an emergency evacuation of 84 households/331 people of Glao village to a safe place, after a large landslide occurred in Put village, upstream of A Vuong river, causing rocks and soil to flow down and block the stream, creating a huge accumulated mass of water, posing a high risk of insecurity.

All households are temporarily located at the Hung Son commune school, ensuring immediate living conditions. At the same time, continue to monitor the water level and cracks on the mountainside, coordinate with functional forces to survey the scene, and proactively prepare response plans in case of bad situations.
