On the afternoon of November 14, speaking with Tuoi Tre Online , Mr. Zoram Buon, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Son Commune, Da Nang City (formerly Tay Giang District, Quang Nam ), said that regarding the landslide that morning in Put village, as of 1 p.m. the same day, the authorities had not yet been able to contact 3 people in this village.
Previously, at around 9:30 a.m. the same day, a landslide occurred on a mountain in Put village, burying several huts in people's fields and more than 200 meters of road in this village.
According to the report of Gary Border Guard Station (located in Hung Son commune), through initial information, there were about 3 people working in the fields, suspected to be buried.
The suspected cases include Mr. Zo Ram Nho, Mrs. Briu Thi Tep (Mr. Nho's wife) and Mr. Hoi Zi Nut, all residing in Put village.
Upon receiving the news, the Border Guard Station mobilized all officers and soldiers to the scene to grasp the situation and the unit implemented "4 on-site" measures to search and rescue.
Mr. Buon said that the same morning, the three people entered the area to work on the fields. Mr. Zo Ram Nho belongs to the security force of Put village.

A large amount of rock and soil fell down.
As reported by Tuoi Tre Online , the same morning, a landslide occurred in Put village, Hung Son commune. At the time of the landslide, the weather was sunny and there was no rain, however, a large amount of rock and soil from the mountain poured down, causing panic among the people.
The clip was filmed by local people showing the landslide that buried the mountain and many trees were swept away in an instant. From the mountain, rocks and soil poured down like a waterfall onto the people's farmland.
