Navy Region 4 supports people affected by storm No. 13

On November 12, a working delegation of the Naval Region 4 Command led by Colonel Pham Van Ket, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of Naval Region 4, visited and presented gifts to support people affected by storm No. 13 in Xuan Loc and Xuan Canh communes.

Representatives of the working delegation of Naval Region 4 gave gifts to people of Xuan Loc commune.

At the destinations, the delegation presented 400 gifts including rice, instant noodles, cooking oil, fish sauce... with a total value of about 150 million VND; contributing to helping people overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives after the storm.

Colonel Pham Van Ket, Deputy Chief of Politics of Naval Region 4, encouraged people to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives.

Colonel Pham Van Ket shared that, in the face of the heavy damage caused by storm No. 13 to people in coastal localities, officers and soldiers of Naval Region 4 always turn to their compatriots with the spirit of "mutual love", "military and people are like fish and water".

The gifts contain the affection, responsibility and sharing of the Vietnam People's Navy for the people in the storm-hit area.
