Mr. Pham Van Muoi's Ba Muoi mandarin orange orchard, located in Long Tuyen ward, Can Tho city, has been cultivated for over 20 years. The orchard, approximately 7,000 square meters, is divided by Mr. Muoi into areas for planting 1,500 mandarin orange trees and 1,200 sweet mandarin orange trees.

The orchard attracts many tourists and photographers who come to visit and take pictures during the period leading up to the Lunar New Year. As the year draws to a close, the tangerine trees become even more laden with fruit, displaying a vibrant yellow and pink hue of ripe tangerines.

According to the owner, who bought the tangerine saplings from Lai Vung (formerly Dong Thap province ), to achieve the abundant harvest he has today, he experienced many failures while researching ways to control pests...

Although the tangerines are ripening, they are only harvested and sold to traders close to the Lunar New Year, so from the beginning of January until now, the orchards have mainly attracted tourists who come to visit and take pictures.

Ba Muoi tangerine garden attracts both locals and tourists from other provinces and cities, from young children to middle-aged visitors, and those traveling in groups of friends and family.

The scene is typical of the Mekong Delta countryside, with vibrant flowers and fruits, the orange of ripe tangerines, and the green of leaves...

The tangerine orchard not only features long rows of ripening tangerine trees but also includes decorative elements such as bamboo bridges and colorful chrysanthemum pots for visitors to take photos before Tet.

Entrance fee to the orchard is 30,000 VND per child and 50,000 VND per adult. Visitors can both tour the orchard and experience picking ripe tangerines themselves. Tangerines purchased at the orchard cost approximately 40,000 - 60,000 VND per kilogram. The orchard is closed during Tet (Lunar New Year).
