Regarding construction, the foundations have been cast at all 1,177/1,177 locations, 686/1,177 pole locations have been erected, 408/1,177 locations are being erected, 80/513 anchorage spans have been completed, and 46/513 anchorage spans are being pulled. For the remaining tasks such as erecting poles and pulling wires, EVN and EVNNPT continue to make efforts to overcome adverse weather conditions, implementing many solutions such as gathering materials and equipment to the construction site, adjusting work schedules according to the weather, arranging accommodation for workers near the construction site, increasing mechanical construction at locations with convenient traffic, etc.

Visiting and presenting gifts to workers, engineers and laborers at the construction site, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized: The 500kV transmission line project circuit 3 Quang Trach - Pho Noi is an important project in supplying electricity to the regions. Therefore, the Prime Minister requested the construction units to be highly determined, make great efforts, and take drastic actions 'clearly identifying people, clearly identifying work, clearly identifying time, clearly identifying products', and the investor must promptly and adequately allocate capital sources.

During the construction process, it is necessary to seek the support of local people and stick with the people because strength comes from here. Large projects must also be implemented in this direction.

The Prime Minister highly appreciated the progress of the construction of the Thanh Hoa 500kV Transformer Station, affirming that this is a testament to 'turning nothing into something, turning the impossible into possible, turning the difficult into the easy'. The Prime Minister welcomed the deployment of more union members to support the project and stated: Through these projects, people will understand and be more impressed with the image of cadres and workers in the Electricity and Construction sectors working day and night on the project.
