The working group was assigned to build two houses to help the families of Cao Ca Yen and Pham Ngoc Binh. Under the direct leadership of Lieutenant Colonel Tran Quang Phu, Deputy Brigade Commander, Chief of Staff of Brigade 101, more than 20 officers and soldiers of the Brigade and the working team of Naval Region 4 has made efforts, been responsible, and selfless for the people. Construction projects have been carried out "at lightning speed", surpassing time.

In recent days, the weather in Tay Khanh Son has been erratic, especially heavy rains causing landslides and cutting off many roads. This has caused many obstacles for mobile troops from their bases to construction sites. The steep mountain terrain and narrow paths also make transporting construction materials a difficult problem that needs to be resolved urgently.

In difficult conditions, the officers and soldiers of Brigade 101 remained steadfast in their will and spirit to overcome the sun, rain, and time. The working team took advantage of locally available materials to save time and money, speeding up the construction progress.

Colonel Pham Duy Huong, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Brigade 101, emphasized that this is not only a task but also an “order from the heart” of Uncle Ho’s soldiers, demonstrating the profound spirit of solidarity between the army and the people. The officers and soldiers of Brigade 101 are determined to maintain high labor intensity, ensure absolute safety, complete the construction of two houses, and hand them over to households before January 31, 2026, contributing to helping people soon stabilize their lives and restore their livelihoods after natural disasters.
