Binh Duc Commune held a meeting with people to provide detailed information about the compensation policy for the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 project.

To prepare for the site clearance work for the implementation of the key national project of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4, the People's Committee of Binh Duc commune (Tay Ninh province) has just organized a meeting with the people to provide detailed information on the scope of land acquisition, compensation, support and resettlement policies and listen to the opinions of the people in the project area.

On December 1, at the Binh Duc Commune Public Service Center, the People's Committee of Binh Duc Commune held a meeting to announce land recovery for the investment project to build Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4, the section passing through the commune.

Attending the meeting were local leaders, Ben Luc Regional Land Fund Development Center Branch, hamlet heads and many households in the project area.

At the meeting, Director of the Ben Luc Regional Land Fund Development Center Branch Bui Van Tri announced Resolution No. 220/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly; Resolution No. 297/NQ-CP of the Government; Decision No. 3852/QD-UBND of the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee related to the investment policy, route center and clearance scope of component projects 1-4.

According to statistics, the total land area recovered in Binh Duc commune is 314,264m², corresponding to 234 plots of land, belonging to map sheets No. 4, 8, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, passing through Kenh Ngay hamlet, hamlet 4, hamlet 5 and hamlet 6. The list of households and organizations whose land was recovered was publicly posted at the commune People's Committee headquarters from November 20, 2025.

During the meeting, representatives of the Ben Luc Regional Land Fund Development Center Branch also disseminated compensation, support and resettlement policies; procedures, time for land seizure and counting; and people's rights and obligations.

The unit representative received and answered many opinions related to resettlement needs, land area errors, construction drainage systems and problems during the measurement process.

The meeting provided timely information to households, creating consensus. This is an important preparatory step to speed up the site clearance progress, serving the implementation of the construction of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4, a key traffic project passing through Tay Ninh province./.
