The conference was attended by cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers of agencies and units in the commune and all party members of the Party cells under the Cat Tien Commune Party Committee.
Comrade Ho Quoc Phong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Cat Tien commune, directly delivered two topics including instructions on procedures and documents for official party members running for the 14th Party Central Committee; regulations on the time limit for handling complaints and denunciations related to the qualifications of delegates attending the 14th Congress; and key contents of the Resolution of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
At the conference, comrade Ho Quoc Phong emphasized that the province's Resolution sets out the general goals for the 2025 - 2030 period: promoting the tradition of solidarity and innovation; building a strong and comprehensive Party organization and political system; effectively exploiting potentials and advantages; promoting digital transformation associated with green transformation; developing the economy rapidly and sustainably; improving people's lives; maintaining national defense and security and striving to make Lam Dong a fairly developed province in the Central Highlands region.
Along with this goal, the Resolution focuses on orienting the synchronous development of socio-economic fields, from promoting high-tech agriculture, processing industry and renewable energy, to upgrading eco-tourism - resorts and trade - services in a modern and creative direction. The socio-cultural field is focused on building a healthy cultural environment, preserving national identity, improving the quality of education and health care, expanding social security and paying practical attention to disadvantaged areas and ethnic minority areas.
At the same time, the province prioritizes the completion of strategic transport infrastructure, digital infrastructure and industrial infrastructure, promoting the development of green - modern - smart urban areas; enhancing the capacity to prevent natural disasters and adapt to climate change. National defense and security work continues to be firmly consolidated, ensuring political stability, social order and safety and improving the effectiveness of crime prevention and control, especially in the context of strong digitalization.
The Resolution also requires building a clean and strong Party and political system, strengthening discipline and order; promoting administrative reform; preventing and combating corruption and negativity; promoting the role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in consolidating the great national unity bloc.
Organizing the study of this Resolution helps cadres and party members grasp the spirit and core content of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress; thereby unifying awareness, raising responsibility, creating consensus in implementing political tasks in the locality, contributing to quickly bringing the Resolution into practical life.
