At the event, the People's Committee of Dai Lanh commune announced the decision to establish the Community Digital Technology Team and implement Project 06 in Dai Lanh commune, comprising 18 members. The team's nhiệm vụ is to advise and support the People's Committee of the commune in implementing goals and tasks related to the digital economy , digital society, digital stores, and electronic payments; to disseminate information and guide people in using digital platforms, online public services, electronic identity accounts, and digital utilities in daily life. The locality also organized training sessions on the "Digital Literacy Movement"; skills in using online public services; applying artificial intelligence in work, management, and teaching; guidance on installing and activating level 2 VNeID accounts; guidance on using public services, online payments, and submitting feedback and suggestions on administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Dai Lanh commune signed a cooperation agreement with Viettel Khanh Hoa and VNPT Khanh Hoa on digital transformation. Delegates also visited booths displaying digital transformation products, OCOP products, and products from scientific and technological initiatives of units, organizations, and businesses in the commune; and participated in a mini-game to learn about science, technology, and digital transformation.
