The course has 60 students, divided into 2 classes in Moi village and Lang Khang village. From October 11 to December 21, 2025, students will be equipped with cultivation techniques, management and use of plant protection drugs appropriate to each growth period of crops and requirements for safe agricultural production.

At the opening ceremony, the representative of the People's Committee of Dai Son commune affirmed that the commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes including Dai Son, Giao Liem, Phuc Son with 19 villages, 2,775 households with more than 12,000 people, ethnic minorities accounting for 73.3%.
The commune focuses on promoting economic development, considering agriculture, forestry and services as the "pillars". The commune strives to develop comprehensively by 2027, with no more poor households according to multidimensional poverty standards; and to achieve new rural standards before 2030... To achieve that goal, the commune attaches importance to vocational training for rural workers, especially ethnic minorities.
During the course, students are guided to identify, classify and manage pesticides; master the regulations of the Law on Plant Protection and Quarantine; handle poisoning situations; how to preserve and use pesticides in accordance with regulations, ensuring safety and effectiveness, contributing to environmental protection and public health.
