Dien Dien commune launches a movement for all citizens to join hands in protecting the environment.

On the morning of January 18th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and political and social organizations of Dien Dien commune held a ceremony to launch the "All People Join Hands to Protect the Environment" movement for 2026, with the participation of officials, union members, association members, and a large number of people.

The forces are deployed to clean up the environment.

Speaking at the ceremony, the leader of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune emphasized that environmental protection is a regular and long-term task, linked to the quality of life and sustainable development of the locality; and called on members, union members and all strata of the people to uphold a sense of responsibility, maintain environmental hygiene in their families and residential areas, and build a civilized and environmentally friendly lifestyle…

In 2026, Dien Dien commune will continue to promote the dissemination of environmental protection laws; encourage waste sorting at source, limit the use of plastic bags and single-use plastic products; maintain general environmental sanitation campaigns, and build and expand the model of self-governing "green - clean - beautiful" residential areas.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the forces simultaneously deployed to clean up the environment, collect waste, and beautify the landscape in several streets and residential areas, contributing to raising community awareness and creating a clean and beautiful appearance for the locality.
