The conference was chaired by comrades: Nguyen Huu Sung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of the commune; Ro Cham Duih, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the commune; Nguyen Dang Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune; Kpa Duan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee of the commune; and Nguyen Quang Hai, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune. Representatives from political and social organizations and officials from agencies and units in the area attended the conference.
The conference adopted the procedures and standards for People's Council representatives as stipulated by law; it also briefly introduced the biographies, work histories, and basic information related to the candidates being considered for candidacy. Voters from the workplaces participated in expressing their opinions in a democratic, objective, and responsible manner.
The conference resulted in the nomination of 28 candidates (1 Provincial People's Council delegate, 27 Commune People's Council delegates), with 100% of voters expressing high confidence in the proposed candidates and unanimously approving the minutes of the opinion-gathering meeting in accordance with the prescribed procedures and regulations.
The joint conference is an important step in the consultation process, contributing to ensuring democracy, openness, and transparency in selecting outstanding delegates with sufficient qualities and capabilities to participate in the Provincial People's Council and the Commune People's Council for the 2026-2031 term.
