Ha Bang Commune: Taking care of social welfare and making thorough preparations to welcome the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026.

As the Lunar New Year 2026 approaches, the atmosphere in Ha Bang commune is not only vibrant with flags and flowers, but also clearly demonstrates the coordinated efforts of the Party committee and the government in caring for the material and spiritual well-being of the people.

From environmental beautification efforts to organizing cultural activities, everything is geared towards ensuring that every family welcomes the new year in peace and abundance.

In the final days of the year, the festive atmosphere of Tet (Lunar New Year) has spread throughout every street and alley in Ha Bang commune. Colorful flags and flowers adorn the streets, the lighting system has been upgraded, and the roads have been cleaned and beautified, creating a bright, green, clean, and attractive appearance. Along with this, the local government is paying special attention to ensuring social welfare, caring for policy beneficiary families, households in difficult circumstances, the elderly, and children… with the spirit of leaving no one behind during the traditional Tet holiday.

Visiting and gift-giving activities were carried out thoughtfully and promptly; security, traffic safety, hygiene, and food safety were strengthened. Functional forces, departments, and organizations coordinated to review and understand the situation of the population, promptly resolving emerging issues and maintaining stability in the area so that people could enjoy the Spring Festival and celebrate Tet with peace of mind.

On the morning of February 14th, a delegation from Ha Bang commune, led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Mung Chin, Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, directly inspected the decoration and environmental sanitation work in the residential villages within the commune.

Inspections revealed that many villages had proactively implemented tasks early: hanging flags and banners for propaganda; renovating cultural centers; and mobilizing people for general environmental sanitation. The atmosphere of preparing for the New Year was bustling, demonstrating the sense of responsibility and consensus of officials, Party members, and the people.

Along with beautification efforts, the commune pays special attention to the spiritual life of its people. On the evening of February 13th, Ha Bang commune collaborated with the Hanoi Cheo Theater to organize an art program to celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026.

The art program was truly a vibrant symphony of spring with many outstanding performances. The melodies of traditional Cheo opera blended with songs praising the glorious Party, the beloved President Ho Chi Minh; celebrating the Year of the Horse, celebrating the homeland of Ha Bang, celebrating the renewal and development of the capital and the country. The performances were elaborately staged, rich in artistic merit, and deeply rooted in national cultural identity, creating a joyful, warm, and heartfelt atmosphere.

From meticulously maintaining each road and cultural center to organizing cultural activities for the people, it is clear to see the comprehensive concern of the Ha Bang commune government for the people's lives leading up to Tet.
