The project is built on an area of over 1,200 square meters, about 100 meters south of the old location, including the main communal house, auxiliary items, screens, spiritual shrines, communal house yard and green space.
The communal house architecture was restored in traditional style with yin-yang tiled roof, wooden frame, and brick walls, creating harmony, solemnity, and a strong cultural imprint of the countryside.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ha Vy requested the Management Board of Huong Lam communal house relic to closely coordinate with the Party cell, the People's Committee of the village, the Front Work Committee and the mass organizations of Huong Lam village... to continue joining hands to protect the landscape and environment, and preserve the relic.
Along with that, the People's Committee of Hoa Tien commune restored the cultural activities and traditional festivals of the communal house in accordance with the contemporary cultural and civilized lifestyle. Gradually turning this place into a red address in revolutionary tradition education and an attractive cultural and tourist destination for visitors to Hoa Tien commune.
Throughout the history of the revolution, Huong Lam communal house was a spiritual support and an important base of operations for the struggle movement in Hoa Khuong commune, Hoa Vang district (old).
After the war, the communal house continued to be a place to organize political studies, propagate the Party and State's policies, launch emulation movements in labor production to develop the socio-economy and build the homeland.
On January 19, 2022, the People's Committee of Da Nang City issued Decision No. 190/QD-UBND ranking Huong Lam communal house as a city-level historical and cultural relic.
