The team inspected street food establishments in the area surrounding the school.
During this period, the delegation inspected business registration certificates; food safety certificate; food processing and preservation procedures; origin of raw materials and food additives; food sample storage; ensuring clean water for food processing; and conducted field inspections at communal kitchens and street food establishments in the area surrounding the school.
According to the inspection team's assessment; on the first day of inspection at the Than Dong High Quality Kindergarten; Loc Ninh Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities and street food establishments at Loc Ninh Secondary School. It shows that the schools have fully implemented the procedures for registering a centralized kitchen business; have done a good job of ensuring food hygiene and safety from the input food source to the processing, preservation and storage of food samples. For some street food establishments, the inspection team discovered and made a record requesting the on-site destruction of some expired cakes and some foods without clear origin labels.
Through inspection activities, to promptly detect, prevent and handle violations of food safety, it is also an opportunity to propagate knowledge and legal regulations on ensuring food safety, raising awareness of food safety in the community to prevent food poisoning cases from occurring in Loc Ninh commune.
