Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Party Committee, government, departments, branches, organizations of the commune, a number of businesses, philanthropists and a large number of local people.
In recent years, the movement "The whole country joins hands for the poor" in Ly Nhan commune has become a bright spot in social security work. As a result, in the past 2 years (2024-2025), the whole commune has supported the repair and construction of nearly 30 dilapidated houses, unsafe houses, and solidarity houses for people with meritorious services, poor and near-poor households with a total amount of over 2 billion VND. Currently, the whole commune still has 181 poor households, 229 near-poor households, many lonely and vulnerable situations that need the attention of the community.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, the program received positive responses from more than 100 organizations, agencies, units, schools, businesses and people in the area with a total donation amount of nearly 1 billion VND. The entire amount will be compiled, managed and allocated by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune to directly support poor, near-poor and disadvantaged households in the area.
The campaign to support the "For the Poor" Fund in 2025 of Ly Nhan commune will be implemented until December 31, 2025, aiming to mobilize organizations, individuals and the community to join hands to contribute, creating resources to help disadvantaged households develop the economy and stabilize their lives.
