Nam Trung Commune continues to lead the Administrative Reform Index of Nam Sach District

Chairman of Nam Sach District People's Committee Ho Ngoc Lam awarded certificates of merit to 11 collectives with outstanding achievements in administrative reform in 2023.

On the afternoon of March 22, Nam Sach District People's Committee held a conference to announce the Commune-level Administrative Reform Index in 2023 and deploy the administrative reform plan in 2024.

This is the first time the Nam Sach District People's Committee has organized a conference to announce the Commune-level Administrative Reform Index. Nam Trung Commune continues to lead with 90.48 points, followed by Nam Tan and Quoc Tuan Communes. Hong Phong Commune is at the bottom of the rankings.

Thanks to the drastic participation, some communes have improved their rankings compared to 2022. Nam Chinh commune rose from the bottom of the table in 2022 to 5th place in 2023 (up 14 places). Nam Tan commune rose from 12th place in 2022 to 2nd place in 2023 (up 10 places).

An Binh commune dropped from 3rd place in 2022 to 13th place in the 2023 rankings. Dong Lac commune dropped from 6th place to 16th place out of 19 communes and towns in Nam Sach district.

According to the assessment of the People's Committee of Nam Sach district, the heads of a number of agencies and units have taken drastic actions in administrative reform since the beginning of 2023 and have had many positive changes. However, some units have not been drastic and close in directing and organizing implementation, so the administrative reform index in 2023 has decreased many levels compared to 2022, such as An Binh, Dong Lac, Cong Hoa, Phu Dien, Thai Tan communes.

Chairman of Nam Trung Commune People's Committee Nguyen Van Ben shared his experience in maintaining the ranking, emphasizing that if the leader is especially dedicated and knowledgeable, the effectiveness of administrative reform will be improved.

In 2024, agencies, units, and People's Committees of communes and towns in Nam Sach district will focus on promoting the implementation of 8 groups of tasks and solutions.

At the conference, Nam Sach District People's Committee awarded 11 collectives and 15 individuals with outstanding achievements in administrative reform in 2023.
