Ninh Phuoc Commune proactively plans to prevent and combat storm No. 15

To proactively respond and minimize damage caused by natural disasters, since November 25, the Ninh Phuoc Commune Civil Defense Command has developed a plan to prevent and combat storm No. 15.

The Commune Civil Defense Command clearly defines the responsibilities of organizations and individuals in natural disaster prevention and control activities; thoroughly implements the "4 on-site" motto and the principles of prevention, proactiveness, timely response, urgent and effective recovery; improves the capacity of all levels and sectors in handling situations, incidents, on-site command and management to respond to natural disasters and search and rescue with the highest efficiency; at the same time, strengthens information, propaganda, warnings, and guidance on timely storm prevention and control measures to the community.

Ninh Phuoc Commune has both supported people after floods and proactively prepared plans to prevent storm No. 15.

The commune has identified key tasks; key areas and locations that need to be prioritized for rescue when natural disasters occur; specific plans for each key area; rescue work and evacuation of people in key areas. Agencies and units in the commune and villages have suspended unnecessary meetings, assigned members to the grassroots and key areas to inspect and urge the immediate implementation of measures to prevent and combat storm No. 15; organized a serious 24/24 duty and regularly closely monitored the storm's developments to respond promptly and effectively.
