With the motto "All union members and workers should have a happy Tet holiday," from the beginning of the year, the Noi Bai Commune Trade Union has developed a plan to take care of Tet for policy beneficiaries and disadvantaged workers; at the same time, it has mobilized the joint efforts of agencies, units, businesses, and philanthropists in the area.
With support from various sources, the commune's Trade Union mobilized over 400 million VND to provide Tet (Lunar New Year) gifts for its members and workers. Of this amount, the Hanoi City Federation of Labor provided 266 gift packages, each worth 1 million VND; many businesses and organizations, such as Agribank Soc Son, Tousei Engineering Vietnam Co., Ltd., and other businesses in the area, also contributed funds and gifts to ensure the program was organized thoughtfully and practically.

At the "Tet Reunion - Spring Gratitude to the Party" program, the organizing committee distributed 226 gift packages, each worth 1 million VND; 80 Tet gift bags worth 300,000 VND each; and provided 135 bus tickets for union members and migrant workers to return home to reunite with their families, with a total cost of hundreds of millions of VND. Although the gifts were not large, they carried profound spiritual significance, demonstrating the concern of the trade union organization, Party committee, and local government for policy beneficiary families and workers in difficult circumstances.
Besides the gift-giving activity, the program also organized many cultural and artistic activities, including rice cake wrapping competitions, fruit platter arrangement contests, lucky draws, etc., creating a joyful and cohesive atmosphere during the Lunar New Year. These activities attracted a large number of union members and workers, contributing to a healthy recreational environment and strengthening solidarity among agencies, units, and businesses in the area.

During the program, several families facing particularly difficult circumstances received direct support from sponsors, businesses, and benevolent individuals. These timely acts of kindness not only helped alleviate the difficulties faced by these families before the New Year but also demonstrated the social responsibility of the business community, contributing to the spread of humanitarian values in society.
Previously, the Noi Bai Commune Trade Union also participated in the "Trade Union Tet Market" program organized by the Hanoi City Federation of Labor, distributing dozens of shopping vouchers, free gift bags, and providing cash support to union members and workers in difficult circumstances. Local trade unions in the area continued to implement many activities to care for workers during Tet, such as visiting, giving gifts, and organizing year-end parties, to ensure that all union members and workers receive care and support during the Tet holiday.

The "Tet Reunion - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" program of the Noi Bai Commune Trade Union has left many positive impressions, contributing to bringing a warm spring to policy beneficiary families and disadvantaged workers. This affirms the role of the trade union organization in caring for the lives of its members, ensuring social security, and working together to build a united and compassionate community, so that everyone can have a warm and joyful Tet holiday.
