In 2019, the school was mobilized by Tien Phong Newspaper to build Dormitory 115 worth 3.5 billion VND with 8 spacious rooms. There are currently 176 primary and secondary school students who are children of H'Mong ethnic people living here. The Commune People's Committee supported the cost of hiring a security guard and a chef; donated 2 water purifiers, worth more than 20 million VND. Similarly, Minh Ha Primary School currently has 14 classes, 351 students; of which, ethnic minority students account for about 55%. In recent years, in addition to timely and fully arranging monthly support policies from the State for ethnic minority students, the school has also regularly mobilized teachers and students to donate books, clothes, shoes, etc.; and connected with benefactors to support students in difficult circumstances.

Mr. Dinh Quang Muc, Principal of the school, said: “The school’s facilities and equipment basically ensure the teaching and learning of two sessions per day. The school also focuses on activities of groups, culture, arts, sports , preserving the traditional culture of ethnic minorities… to help students develop comprehensively.”

Officials of the Department of Culture and Society of Phu Xuan commune visited the accommodation and study situation of boarding students at Dormitory 115.

The locality has been recognized as meeting the standards for universal lower secondary education. Every year, the average rate of students attending school at the three levels of kindergarten, primary school, and lower secondary school reaches 100%. Schools have also deployed digital learning materials, smart classrooms; implemented digital transformation in education, and improved the capacity to apply information technology for teachers and students.

“We identify that taking full care of learning conditions for students, especially ethnic minority children, is the responsibility of the entire political system. The Commune People's Committee has proposed a policy to promote the socialization of education, mobilize resources to invest in infrastructure, and at the same time require schools to effectively exploit existing equipment to serve teaching and learning activities well,” Ms. Dinh Thi Chien shared.
